The recipe for the perfect fried chicken starts with the main ingredient - the chicken. All our chicks are Danish, coming from the Rokkedahl family's farm in North Jutland, where they live their best lives roaming freely in the open sky and eating organic feed. As the producer says, “There is a difference between chickens, and that difference can be tasted!”
To prepare the chicken, we use a meticulous process of deep frying, drying, and adding our homemade mixture of chili-infused oil that gives the extra kick to our fried chicken.
